The Pajama Program provides new pajamas and new books to children in need, many who are waiting and hoping to be adopted. Thousands of the children we serve live in group homes and shelters and are shuffled often between temporary living facilities. Many of them have been abused or abandoned, and have never enjoyed the simple comfort of having a mother or father tuck them in at bedtime and read to them. Most of the children have been removed from school for long periods of time and are without books for reading practice. Since 2001 we have provided more than 513,000 NEW pajamas and 260,000 NEW books to children in need nationwide.
Our Pajama Program segments on OPRAH and NBC’s TODAY Show helped us grow to 79 chapters in 42 States nationwide. Pajama Program operates three (3) Reading Centers: New York, NY, Yonkers, NY and Red Bank, NJ.

Pajama Program has received a 4-star rating from Charity Navigator, America's largest and most-utilized independent evaluator of charities.
Thrill The World NYC will be collecting NEW Pajama's at all our fundraising events/Classes, helping to Promote The Pajama Program at all of our flashmobs/As well as providing community outreach by spending time with kids.
